Return conditions

Return and Refund Policy:

There may be instances when you wish to return an order. Perhaps the product didn't meet your expectations or for some other reason, you no longer want the order. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a specific reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. In this case, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. However, please note that for small items, the return shipping costs are at your own expense, approximately €6.95 per package. For larger items like beds and mattresses, we will arrange for pickup, but you will be charged a return fee of €69. If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, the product should be returned to the seller with all accessories provided and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us via info@zaansebedden.nl. We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product in good condition. However, we strive to refund the purchase amount, including shipping costs, within 3 working days of receiving the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note that the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, unless you specify otherwise in the RMA return form. If the product is damaged, or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Product Exchange:

- If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us at info@zaansebedden.nl. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

I Provided the Wrong Delivery Address:

- If you accidentally provided the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the delivery information for your order.
