RETURN CONDITIONS
Reflection time / return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not like it or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the store are for Kleingoed items at your own expense. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier. Beds and mattresses we pick up ourselves but then you pay € 49 return costs. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right you can contact us via info@zaansebedden.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. However, we do our best to return the purchase price including shipping costs within 3 working days after receipt of the RMA. Please note that we can refund the purchase price most quickly if you create RMA via the webshop or send the model form by post-by mail to info@zaansebedden.nl, download the model form here. We will pay you back with the same payment method you paid with unless otherwise stated on the RMA return form. There are never additional costs involved.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged during a return.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@zaansebedden.nl for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product yourself. "
